Privacy

What we collect

• Your account, if you create one: your name and email address, and your Google profile photo if you sign in with Google.
• Inquiries and viewing requests you send us: your name, email, phone number, message and the property you asked about.
• AI search and the AI assistant: the text you type, the date, and whether a message was on topic. For signed-in users we link it to your account. For guests we store a scrambled code made from your internet (IP) address so we can apply daily limits. We never store the IP address itself.
• Website usage, only if you accept analytics cookies: pages you visit and actions such as saving or comparing properties. Analytics never include what you type into search or the assistant.
• Saved properties, comparisons, ratings and your current assistant chat are kept in your own browser, not on our servers.

Why we use it

• To answer your questions, show matching properties and connect you with an agent.
• To prevent abuse, such as limiting how many AI messages can be sent each day.
• To understand what buyers look for and improve our listings, search and assistant.

We don't sell your personal information.

Who else handles it

We use a few service providers to run the site. They process data only on our behalf:

• Supabase, which stores our database and accounts.
• Netlify, which hosts the website.
• Anthropic, which provides the AI behind search and the assistant. Your message, and the recent messages in the same chat, are sent to it to produce a reply.
• PostHog, for website analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.

Some of these providers may process data outside the Philippines.

How long we keep it

• AI search and assistant text: 30 days. After that we delete the text and the scrambled guest code, and keep only anonymous counts.
• Your current assistant chat stays in your browser until you close the tab or start a new chat.
• Inquiries and viewing requests: as long as needed to follow up with you and keep business records.
• Your account: until you ask us to delete it.

Please don't share sensitive details in chat

The assistant doesn't need your ID numbers, income documents or other sensitive information. To be contacted by an agent, use the viewing or contact form instead of typing your phone number into the chat.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or object to how we use it. Email us at hello@casacentral.ph and we'll respond within a reasonable time. You can also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. Analytics cookies are used only if you accept them, and you can change that choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
